I.                    Responsible Gaming

IV.                General Bonus Terms and Conditions

By taking part in any promotion and agreeing to receive bonuses offered by Treat Gaming, you automatically consent to comply with our general bonus terms & conditions.

Treat Gaming reserves the right to add, remove or alter any of the promotional/bonus details or terms.

Offers are limited to one offer per player (one offer per household address, shared computer or shared IP address, email address, telephone number, payment method).

When you take part in a promotion, both deposited funds and bonus funds become the “bonus balance”. If a bonus is active the wagering must be completed, or the bonus must be zeroed out, in order for a withdrawal to be made. The only exception will be if you wish to withdraw his deposit only, in which case the bonus funds and any winnings will be forfeited.  Any losses will be taken from the deposit first and not the bonus.

Deposited money will always be used prior to the use of bonus money. All winnings generated from both the deposit connected with a bonus and the bonus money will remain as bonus money and may not be withdrawn or wagered on other products until wagering requirements are met.

If you wish to make a withdrawal before meeting the wagering Requirements, you will forfeit your bonus winnings accrued, your bonus amount, and opt out of the promotion. 

Any tangible prizes received from campaigns can’t be exchanged to their respective value in cash unless stated otherwise within the campaign information.

Treat Gaming bonuses are intended for recreational playing only. Improper use of the bonuses and promotional abuse will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to take the following actions against bonus abuse (list not exhaustive):

·         Revoke and/or cancel any Bonuses and Bonus winnings that have been gained by misuse

·         Ban such players from receiving further Bonuses

·         Close the account

Abuse may include but is not limited to:

·         Using multiple Account(s)

·         Evidence that an offer is being claimed or benefits the same person or group of persons, acting in an attempt to defraud us

·         Wagering bonuses on excluded Games

·         Co-operation, collusion or organization of bets from the same source

·         Manipulation of software, exploitation of loopholes or other behaviors which amount to deliberate cheating

·         Hiding IP addresses or using a VPN(s)

·         Using strategies that take advantage of any software bug or failure or on the built-up value during real-money play.  

Treat Gaming reserves the right to ban a player from participating in promotions at its own discretion at any time.

Treat Gaming reserves the right to withdraw or suspend any promotion or campaign at any given time.

V.                  Rollover

Bonus money is free money intended to help you enjoy Treat Gaming; it is not to be withdrawn once received. In order to prevent you from withdrawing your bonus funds instantly, Treat Gaming (as well as other sportsbooks and casinos) requires wagering of the bonus money. Wagering “Playthrough Requirements” or “Rollover” indicates the number of times you need to wager the amount of bonus balance (deposit and bonus).

Unless stated otherwise with a specific bonus or promotion, 30 times playthrough (a.k.a. rollover) is required to clear the bonus funds and any winnings for withdrawal.

Rollover is defined as the amount of cash action risked or won, depending on which is the lower amount on qualifying bet types and lines.

For example, if you place two wagers:

  • Wager A: $480 to win $100.

  • Wager B: $50 to win $240.

  • The win amount from Wager A ($100) would be added to the risk amount from Wager B ($50) to give you a total of $150 towards your Rollover requirements.

Recycling of funds is not permitted and will be considered abusing the bonus privilege.  Recycling of funds is when a withdrawal is made and a deposit is made immediately afterwards in order to capitalize on the reload bonus.

Some bonuses have individual requirements.

Wagers placed using free play money will not qualify for or count towards rollover.

Casino play DOES NOT COUNT towards rollover requirements unless the promotional bonus specifically states that Casino Play qualifies (like a casino bonus).

Action on both sides of any offering will not count toward rollover. "Hedging" or "middling" bets which serve to reduce overall risk will not count toward rollover and the wager they derisk will not count toward rollover. Management decision on Rollover is final.

 

VI.                Limitation of Liability

You enter the Website and participate in the Games at your own risk. The Website and the Games are provided without any warranty whatsoever, whether express or implied.

Without prejudice to the generality of the preceding provision, the Operator, its directors, employees, service providers:

·         Do not warrant that the software or the Website is/are fit for their purpose;

·         Do not warrant that the software and Website are free from errors;

·         Do not warrant that the Websites and/or Games will be accessible without interruptions;

·         Shall not be liable for any loss, costs, expenses or damages, whether direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental or otherwise, arising in relation to your use of the Websites or your participation in the Games.

You hereby agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Operator, its directors, employees, partners, and service providers for any cost, expense, loss, damages, claims and liabilities howsoever caused that may arise in relation to your use of the Website or participation in the Games.

You hereby agree and understand that Treat Gaming does not provide advice on investments. Any and all financial and investment information provided on the website is provided solely for betting and should not be used for making investment decisions.

 

VII.              Sharp Action

Sharp Action will not be deemed.

VIII. Platform Rules

We reserve the right to cancel any wager due to errors on posted lines, schedule times or listed information.
If the accuracy of any posted lines is compromised due to breaking news, we reserve the right to delete any wagers placed after the time the announcement was made public. We will not be held financially liable for any damage incurred or potential loss in revenue caused by line errors, third party providers or telecommunications.

The winner of an event or game will be determined on the date of the event or game's conclusion according to house rules. WE DO NOT recognize suspended games, protests, overturned decisions, etc., for wagering purposes.

WAGERING OVER THE PHONE

  • Our phones are generally answered with: "How may I help you?". The Customer must give their Personal Account Number and password before they may wager or access their account information.

  • All phone conversations are recorded. After wagers are placed there will be no read back. All wagers that are recognizable on tape are considered placed. If a call gets disconnected it is the player's responsibility to call again and to make sure he/she received all his/her bets or to cancel bets.

  • Play back of the recording settles all claims and disputes. In the event of a discrepancy with a wager, you will be able to listen to the digital playback of your conversation/transaction. The Manager will then decide if an adjustment to your betting account is necessary. Management's decision is FINAL.

WAGERING OVER THE INTERNET

  • The Customer must log in using their Personal Account Number and password before they may wager or access their account information.

  • It is the Customers responsibility to keep their password secure. All wagers placed in the account will be binding. Passwords can be changed on request by the Customer at any time.

  • Each wager must be confirmed using the Customers wagering password. If a wager has not been confirmed, it will not be entered in the account.

  • It is the Customers responsibility to review their wagers after each play, or before logging out to make sure all bets are correct. If the Customer has made a mistake entering a play, the play can be deleted if:

1. The mistake is reported no more than 30 minutes from the time the wager was placed;
2. The wagered event has not begun;
3. A line or odds change on the event has not occurred.
4. The wager amount is $500 or less.

GENERAL ACCOUNT TERMS

  • Only one (1) account allowed per person.

  • All wagers are in U.S. Dollars.

  • All Customer claims must be brought to management's attention no later than (2) two weeks from the day the wager in question was placed. No claims will be honored after this period.

  • Our Sportsbook reserves the right to terminate any player or any account of any agent/sub-agent at any time. Any unused portion of the deposit (if any) will be reimbursed to the player.

  • Generally, postponed and/or rescheduled sporting events will constitute a No Action Wager, and money will be credited back to the account. Certain sports have exceptions such as Tennis or Golf matchups where a wager will continue until the match is final. See our sports guide for more info.

  • All sporting events must be played at their originally scheduled time, place, and date unless otherwise specified. If an event is postponed and then later rescheduled, it will be deemed "No Action" and all moneys will be credited accordingly. Certain sports have exceptions such as Tennis or Golf matchups where a wager will continue until the match is final. See our sports rules for more info.

  • When logged in, the player’s account balance can be shown on his/her computer screen (click on the “ACCOUNT/CONTACT INFO” option). By placing a wager, the player agrees that all previous transactions are correct. Claims or disputes must be brought to the management’s attention before placing the first bet under the account balance in question.

  • All rules, regulations, terms and conditions, and payoffs contained herein are subject to change by the management without prior written notice.

  • By registering an account or initiating business with Our Sportsbook, you are in agreement and are subject to these rules and regulations.

  • There will be no refunds; changing of plays, or switching of teams after an official wager has been placed.

  • All payoff odds are calculated on the odds in effect at the time of the wager.

  • Our Sportsbook reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager, from anyone, at any time.

  • Payouts over $10,000 may be made in installments. This will vary by account.

  • How do I opt out of these text messages?
    You can cancel the SMS service at any time.
